Careful who you take your fashion advice from. After reading Nicole Phelps; from Style.com’s, review on Kelly Wearstler’s Pre-Fall collection that read; the “fit” could use some “improvement”….the “hemlines are dangerously short” I could only think“are you serious.”
I have seen some truly hideous runway shows, where an editor fails to even mention how ridiculous the concept was or the fact that 90% of the shapes are virtually impossible to wear. Yet Nicole Phelps decides to be judgmental when reviewing Kelly Wearstler collection, which was edgy, chic, and extremely relevant with the common current taste.
I love Chanel, but have you seen the Pre-fall collection? Shocking, and even more than that was the review, which ranted on how great it was. Why is it that a line like Chanel can do no wrong!
Style.com needs a reality check. Or at the very least, remember that the average woman does not have beam pole model legs, which obviously makes everything look “dangerously short.”
